Need to be motivated, energised and inspired? Then the LyonsDen Fitness Studio Classes are for you. Offering a wide range of disciplines from the holistic, stress busting classes to the high impact, LyonsDen really offers something for everyone at every level.

Studio Classes are FREE to all our Studio Members or £2 to Gym members or £4.50 to non members.

LyonsDen Fitness prides itself on providing a friendly, non intimidating environment ensuring members feel completely comfortable and at ease.

Our Classes

Sunday morning and Wednesday Evening, Cross-Fit In the Den Class, this will be in the NEW Cross-Fit functional training room.  This will be a 45 minute class from Sunday 9:15 am and Wednesday 7 pm, Gym Members will pay £3, Full Members and Studio Class Members will pay £1 and non members will pay £6, back to back with CardioKick will be £8.  If you need a new direction for your training or need to increase you fitness levels this may be for you.  You’ll probably need to book as places will be limited

Tone and Shape, this is an all over body workout.  Focused on calorie burn and muscle isolation, this combination of hand weights and whole body exercises will work you what ever your level of fitness

High energy high paced martial arts style moves, blended with awesome beats, this class is sure to make you hot, get that heart rate up and move every part of you.  This is a multi level class and adaptation can be given.

Learn how to maintain a comfortable and healthy posture, with our comprehensive class that goes through the most popular Yoga and Pilates styles. These postures are gears to make your body more flexible and agile.  Great for balance, core strength, mobility and rehabilitation after injury

Getting in shape forces you to face your biggest challenges, and sticking to a regular routine for a long period of time can be hard. This class will motivate you and make sure you know how to focus on the right exercises and workouts to reach your goals.  A full throttle workout this Body Blast Bootcamp will improve whole body fitness and supercharge you.

Fun and dynamic, Zumba has been here for a while now, do a class and you’ll know why.  Latin inspired dance moves with music that stirs the soul.  You don’t have to be a dancer or great at choreography you’ll find that it all comes together when you let yourself go.

Come for this Step class with big elements of toning to push you towards an all over workout.  With routines on the step to get that mind and heart racing, then bring down the heart rate to mix in upper, lower and core toning work with light weights, mats and the step box.

Come and loose yourself in the world of Yoga, Improve your Posture, Flexibility, Strength and Balance.  Focus your Mind and Body to bring you towards a calmer more relaxed place.  Improve focus and reduce your Stress.

Get in shape with Balls, Hand Weights Mats and You.  A friendly class who’s name doesn’t do justice to the complete body that is worked.

Monday morning and Wednesday evening Let Zoe bring you to the party with her exciting, upbeat aerobics class. This great workout is designed for all abilities and fitness levels. Follow easy to follow routines choreographed to music for a whole-body workout. 4,3,2,1 countdown to sweat and fun! Your road to weight loss or general fitness.
