Hatha Yoga trained Julie brings you Yoga in both traditional Hatha Yoga on a Monday and a more dynamic Yogalaties on a Thursday, I love the style variations practice YinYoga and my favourite VinYasa Flow Yoga. My classes incorporate the flow element of this type of yoga, which could be classed as Modern Yoga. Good for toning and creating strength in the body, and relaxing the mind.”

For a restorative, stress relieving yet strength building and flexibility enhancing class, come to our Hatha Yoga session.
The class integrates breath work, a broad range of Hatha postures that will vary week to week working on specific areas of the body, increasing your awareness of body alignment and mindfulness.
We truly believe in the wonderful benefits of yoga, and guarantee you will notice the subtle, beautiful changes both physically and mentally from practising yoga.

We will work in bare feet.
Please wear comfortable clothing and if you’d like; bring some layers for when we relax at the end of the practice.
