Get the best of both worlds. A Step class but with the addition of specific toning exercises using small hand weights and resistance bands to help strengthen and tone all over. Medium level choreography on and off the step raises the heart rate and gets it pumping, then take intervals to tone the rest of the body with whole body moves and hand weights.
