  1. This class is great, using routines to golden oldies that definitely makes you break a sweat. I always make time for one cardiokick class a week.

  2. Been going to Neils cardio kick classes for a life time and i still look forward to it as there is no class that pushes your limits quite like it. An it never gets easier you just get better at it.If your looking to get super fit this is the class for you.
