6:30 am Morning HIIT Workout

a 6:30am Monday morning class.  It will be 45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Tabata, it will develop but will be a mix of Circuit / Bootcamp, with some Punch bag and Pad work, Crossfit in the Crossfit room.  This will have options for all levels and abilities. Don’t forget we have Showers, Hairdryers, Fresh Gound Coffee, Tea, and will look at some basic Breakfast Ideas if the demand it there.
