Need to be motivated, energised and inspired? Then the LyonsDen Fitness Studio Classes are for you. Offering a wide range of disciplines from the holistic, stress busting classes to the high impact, LyonsDen really offers something for everyone at every level.

Studio Classes are FREE to all our Studio Members or £2.50 to Gym members or £5.00 to non members.

LyonsDen Fitness prides itself on providing a friendly, non intimidating environment ensuring members feel completely comfortable and at ease.

OUR CLASSES

Indoor Spin Cycling
Get Spinning - Bike, Music and some energy, This 30 minute class will get those legs moving and the heart pumping to the uplifting beat of the music, If you've been put off before give it a go Neil will be taking you virtually through slow and fast paces, flat roads and hills this is for all age ranges and fitness levels. Strength and aerobic workout with a bit of fun in there somewhere, come along and give it a go.

Release that energy in a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class using hand weights and resistance bands to help strengthen and tone all over.  Exercises on and off the step to raise the heart rate and gets it pumping, then take intervals to tone the rest of the body with whole body moves and hand weights.

Rigfit Challenge – IN THE DEN
Sunday morning and Wednesday Evening, Rigfit Challenge In the Den Class, this will be in the functional training room. A 45 minute class from Sunday 9:15 am and Wednesday 7 pm, Gym Members will pay £2.5, Full Members and Studio Class Members it is included and non members will pay normal class price, back to back with CardioKick will be £8. If you need a new direction for your training or need to increase you fitness levels this may be for you. You’ll probably need to book as places will be limited
