HIIT / HIIT Step

Class

Release that energy in a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class using Hand Weights and Step to help strengthen and tone all over.  Exercises on and off the step to raise the heart rate and gets it pumping, then take intervals to tone the rest of the body with whole body moves and hand weights.

Multi-level – suitable for all levels and abilities, alternatives and adaptations, male & female
